About Brick Alley LEGO User Group

Brick Alley is an adult LEGO User Group (LUG) based in the North East of England.

We meet monthly on the second Sunday of the month, usually in Darlington, though we’ve met in Newcastle, Durham and even Barnard Castle too. If you’d like to join us, please read our terms for membership, and drop us an email – we’d love to have you!

Our aims

Brick Alley LEGO User Group exists to:

  1. promote and support LEGO as a viable hobby for adults
  2. provide for adult fans of LEGO (AFOLS) in the North East of England area
  3. share ideas on building models and how best to display them
  4. display LEGO models in and around the North East, and further afield
  5. interact with other LEGO User Groups in the UK and around the world
  6. further promote LEGO products to adult fans of LEGO (AFOLS)

About the group

We were founded in 2014, and are regularly welcoming new members to our group. Since then, our members have exhibited LEGO all around the UK, and we run two large LEGO shows in the area; Discovery Brick Show in Newcastle upon Tyne, and Shildon Brick Show in County Durham.

How we do things

Here are some of our important group policies and rules:
